In one of the cell laid her frail bloodied body. I looked at her body lying in the pool of blood and my chest tightened, "she's gone". Her eyes which once held the brightness I always loved seeing was now empty. No no!!! I screamed but nothing came out. All I was hearing was a ringing sound. I screamed again but I didn't hear any sound. I felt livid and devoid of all emotions as standing right in front of me is my worst nightmare turned into my reality.
