This Story Takes place after the Broly Movie in the anime for manga reference this would take place before or replace the Moro arc. Cumber is a Saiyan who survived Planet Vegeta's Destruction years ago he was on a far off mission when he arrives back home his plants gone he then goes on a rampage killing millions of aliens getting stronger to find Frieza.

I don't own Dragon Ball Super and am only expanding on a Fun concept.
