(Book 1) Night is a city of many names. It's a home to some, refuge for others and a glittering cesspool where monsters and humans live side by side. When a woman is found murdered on a construction site, the NCPD teams up with a ghost to catch a monster before it kills again. But behind the cameras, the cast and crew butt heads when pranks go too far, and signals get crossed.
