Bakugou was indeed not paying attention to anything his girlfriend was saying. 

"Breaking News: Pro Hero Soaring Angel recently got into a fight involving a villain with the quirk known as heated anger, they have been fighting for the last 30 minutes and Soaring Angel is having a really hard time dealing with the very destructive quirk this villain has. Other Pro Hero's are on their way, we'll let you in on anything new happening in downtown Tokyo." 

All of the anger that Bakugou had building up inside of him turned to panic, he needed to be there... with her, that damn villain..

"Yeah I don't think this is working out." He muttered as he snatched his second gauntlet sliding it onto his forearm.

"What?! You're really going to leave everything that we had for a dumb nobody like her? I'm the only one that can stand all of your attitude and issues!" 

He wasn't hearing anything she was spitting out to him, he was done with everything, all the fighting and the sleepless nights wondering if he had really made the right choice to be with the girl he'd been in a relationship for two years. Maybe he was just lying to himself, maybe he didn't want to be alone. But if being alone meant that he could finally have a chance at getting decent sleep at night and having a healthier life style then it as so worth it. 

Without another word, he was out the front door using his explosions to launch him into the sky to find the downtown area where Soaring Angel had been. He needed to help her.
