A mysterious girl drops from the ceiling of the Great hall into a crowd of students in the middle of a sorting. It is 1972 - the first year of the Marauders. "Who are you, my dear girl?" Professor Dumbledore finally questioned. "Who knows?" She replied. "I could be a Skylar, I could be an Ashlyn, I could be a Dumbledore for all you know." "But surely you know who you are, dear girl." "Oh I do, Dumbles Sir! But you don't. So who knows indeed? It's for me to know and you to find out." With that she got up and flounced out the door of one Albus Dumbledore's office, leaving a thoroughly exasperated old man behind. The girl in question, comes from a different world. One where she wished upon a star to live in the Harry Potter universe. But wishes on stars are powerful things. And you have to be very specific. If you're not, well.. Who knows. Landing in the Marauders Era was not what she had expected. Hell, she hadn't even expected her wish to come true at all. But she could make it work.
