Li Harper has fought tirelessly her whole life for a spot as Commissioner of the Gotham City Police Department. Her stubborn perseverance and cynical approach is what has gotten her to the position of Joint Commissioner, despite all obstacles. However her determination to get to the top turned many heads when Li is caught in a web of accusations and the risk of losing her job. As Li toes the line of guilty-or-not-guilty, she must take up the extra workload while trying to prove her innocence with no alibi. Yet a certain masked vigilante may have information that could clear her name if brought to the surface, but would he?
