Thanks to the title of this Book, or whatever you want to call it, you should have an idea of what you're getting into. No, this isn't my "diary" or my "cry for help". It's just me, saying (or typing) what's on my mind. What needs to get out. My ideas, thoughts, dreams, feelings and other things as well.
