Magic /'majik/ (noun): the power of influencing the course of events through the use of mysterious or supernatural forces.

Monster /ˈmänstər/ (noun): an imaginary creature that is typically large, ugly and frightening.

Fifteen year old Leon Harada and his friends - Tessa Clark, Brook Gardener and Alexander "Alex" Day would've thought of these things as nothing more than child's play. But when they lose their parents to sirens on an annual beach trip and gained the ability to use magic, that notion changed. Now, after six years of training and learning the ways of being a Hunter - a term used to describe magic users who protect the world from the beings long though to be fantastical in nature - they face their greatest challenge yet: High school.

Armed with nothing but their powers and wits, the four will face numerous challenges, but none more daunting than a witch who has quite a deadly plan in store for the city of Black Hollow.
