"Then let's get engaged... It'll fix my problem and fix yours. It'll be a one year contract, we'll just have to act like a couple in front of the public and our parents... Alone, we're just two friends living together." he said as he poured me a glass.
"So....we lie to the whole world for a year?" I asked taking the glass from him
"Pretty much." he said casually "Come on, we became best friends within six months of working together, we can pull off just one year."
"Let's get engaged then Alexander Lucas Garcia." I chirped as I gulped down the wine. "This is some good wine." I added as I jumped on his back.
"What the heck Amara!" he asked as he tried to shake me off mid laughter
"I wanna watch a movie... Take me to my room!"

"Please!" I said as I pouted trying to give him puppy eyes
