The year was 2008 and the town was in terror. Chaos was such a common thing that the people thought of it as normal. Death in Belleville was higher than any other city yet know one knew why. Of course this monstrosity had to be caused by someone, but who and why? Police forces were always out about the town, waiting for their next move, but they were too slow. Of course someone was to have seen a glimpse of this mystery. Black hair. All they said. There was a new name in town. The Raven. People knew to lock their doors when they heard that name, but what will happen when someone new moves into town?

Frank Iero had just moved back home from finishing college in New York but he didn't realize all of the disaster's he would be walking into. What will happen when The Raven sets his eyes on the tattooed man who lives across the street?
