In a desperate attempt to get financial aid for paying off her parents debt and her college fees, Nivisha decided to do the one thing that can ruin what little reputation she has - rent her two-bedroom apartment to a man she talked to over an Instagram direct message.

Living in an apartment complex filled with narrow-minded people, other than that one family that lives across from her and the bachelor above her floor, Nivisha knows she's digging her grave by doing this.

An unmarried girl and boy living in the same flat are bound to raise questions but as mentioned earlier, she's desperate for a way out.

It's just for a year, Nivisha told herself, a small price to pay.

But will the price really be a small one when a hazel-green eyed guy in his late twenties shows up at her door a week earlier than planned?
