They all thought the journals were destroyed but in reality they weren't. The Twins found a journal and knew immediately, Bill Cipher was indeed not gone from their world. 

The Gang is forming again and they must find out how to get rid of Bill, once and for all. This may be the start of Weirdmegadon all over again...All Rights Reserved
