Better Evolutions Target Analysis (a.k.a B.E.T.A.) is an institution by which the test subjects of the post-modern world may be tested in a humane setting for the betterment of the future. Here, students are required to study specified subjects over their physical and mental capabilities to better understand the evolutionary process that may befall mankind.
One such subject, known as Subject 15278, follows along a redeeming storyline by which he learns to trust and humanize himself alongside students, professors, and friends.
