Tobirama is suffering the aftermaths of a failed suicide attempt. Having tried to jump, he's been forced into psychiatric care escorted by police. In his mind is one thing - how to get out so he can complete his desire of death.

In the same ward is a man of the name Izuna Uchiha, who suffers from autism entailing self-harm and intrusive thoughts.

How will Tobirama's depression affect the highly sensitive Izuna? And will Tobirama be able to understand someone as neurodiverse as Izuna? Will their hearts heal, or shatter?
