Together We Rule

Touya Todoroki, now going by Dabi, ran away from home at age 12 after no longer being able to handle his father's abuse. Now at age 18 he's made a name for himself in the villain world, ruling the streets that he lived on. One day he meets Tomura Shigaraki, a kid his age that offered him a place to stay and a partner in crime. What happens when Dabi takes Shigaraki's offer and what is to become of them?
