You see in this world, there are beings called "Espers." They wear the shoes and faces of a human. But truly they are monsters hiding catastrophic power behind their skins. No need to worry though as ever meeting better yet catching a glimpse of these beings are 1 in a million.
Or so it was believed. Yet the people fail to realize the local automobile repair shop's new hire, Shiloh, was an Esper.
That was his big secret, no one knew but himself.
So what happens when a new technology comes out claiming it can detect if one is an Esper?
