"Welcome to Phoenix Industries recruits you'll be trained to the bone to be the best" a female stated as her red, crimson eyes looked across the room "welcome to Lotus City, the home of crime you are officially fighters for the Phoenix and office workers" she seems to smirk into their souls "I am your team leader, Evelyn Garmadon and your manager I'll make sure your the best group the Phoenix has" 

When 5 friends move into Lotus City, after their homes in Ninjago city are destroyed, they all applied for Phoenix Industries, they knew the risks of going to the crime city of Ninjago but they honestly did not expect for a ninja's sister to be apart of the crime syndicate 

But as they navigate their new normal, Evelyn seems to actually be a nice person to get along with

Especially when she starts teaching them magic, and somehow they have elemental powers?!

So when the ninja come to Lotus city as Llyod and Garmadon try and find Evelyn as the ninja comes down on the crime city
