So to run away from all her miseries she arrives at a new town wanting to start afresh. But what will happen when your landlord who also lives next door is nothing less than a Greek God. Will cupids fly in the air once again??
Meet 39 year old (yes you read that right) Ian Woods- a single dad who has a lot of baggage on his side as well.
So lets see what happens when this two people with emotional baggages of their own collide into each other. Will love spike in between them? Or will they keep on living with their own miseries?

"Here's the thing though . . ." He trails off thoughtfully and then he looks straight at me. His eyes are steely and that makes me realise the fundamental difference between the young Ryan and this Ryan. He's hardened now. The sweet boy I once knew is probably still in there somewhere but life eventually got to him and he had to toughen up. "I need someone I can rely on. I don't want to take a person on who just decides it's too much hassle a few days or weeks in and just . . . Ghosts me." He finishes. There's a definite challenge there. He's not just talking about the job. He's getting a dig in there about the way I disappeared out of his life. As well as implying I'm generally unreliable . . . ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Iona Stewart is pretty sure she's having a premature midlife crisis. Recently made redundant, permanently unlucky in love, and back living with her parents, she's desperate for a change of scenery. So when an opportunity comes up to work in a hotel in the Highlands, it seems like fate has stepped in. The problem? Her new boss is Ryan Thorne. Her former friend. Her first crush. And the boy who broke her heart nearly 17 years ago. She had no intention of ever seeing him again after that night. And it seems he isn't that keen on having *her* around either. Be prepared for nineties flashbacks, many awkward encounters, and *hopefully* a happy ever after . . . ~~~~~~~~~~~~ ❤️Second Place in the Chick-Lit category in The Pink Cloud Awards❤️ ❤️Second Place in the Chick-Lit category in The Hibiscus Awards❤️ ❤️Winner of Best Opening in Chick Lit in the Berry Pancake awards❤️ ~~~~~~~~~~~~ *Complete companion novella entitled "No Reservations: Ryan's Version" is now available*

Olivia's perfect life fell apart in an instant. Now she's left to pick up the pieces and move on, but that's easier said than done when the image of her long-time boyfriend in the arms of another woman is so fresh in her mind. Brian Anderson thought he knew what the future would bring - until he was betrayed by the man he looked up to like a father. On a personal quest to right the wrongs done, the last thing he's looking for is a serious relationship. That is, if life wasn't so full of unexpected surprises. Heartbroken and distraught, Olivia's sworn off love for good. But a chance encounter with Brian, the man her heart never forgot, sends her life into an emotional whirlwind. Now the 28-year-old doctor is faced with a choice: take another chance on love or walk away never knowing what could have been... *** Dear readers, This is a complementary prequel to Where the Stars Fall, a friends to lovers second chance romance. You do not need to read it to enjoy the next instalment. It's simply an extra I wrote for those of you who want to know Olivia a little better. Also, for everyone who would like to get a feel of the storyline and the characters before diving into the next book. While WSF is entirely told through Brian's eyes, Before Dawn introduces you to Olivia's world before her return to London and revisits the day she meets Brian again, ten years after their story was left unfinished. Some passages will be found in both books. xo, Ana
