He Is The Oldest Hashira At 27 (Being A 5 Months Older Than Gyomei) Years Old And Is The Strongest With Gyomei Himejima The Stone Hashira. He Was Born To A Sea Side Village In Japan On April 8th, 1899 In The Meiji Era, To Enyo Minakami Father And Manami Minakami Mother, And Was An Only Child. When He Was 5 Years Old In 1904 He Witnessed The Murder Of His Parents By A Demon, He Met His Sensei The Ocean Hashira At The Time Enkai Namizuka, Who Took Him In And Raised As His Student And Son And Taught Him Ocean Breathing. When He Turned 15 Years Old In 1914 He Officially Became A Demon Slayer. When He Turned 17 In 1916, He And His Master Fought Upper Moon One Kokushibou, Enkai Would Be Killed By Kokushibo, But The Sun Came Up Before Kokushibo Could Absorb Enkai. A Year Later In 1917 He Officially Became The New Ocean Hashira At Age 18. In 1926 When He Was 27 He And The Hashira Would Meet Tanjiro Kamado, A Demon Slayer With A Demon Sister Nezuko Kamado, Who Encountered Muzan Kibutsuji.
