Dylan young meets Avery knight at the hospital. Weird place to meet but it was the best things that ever happen to them. Dylan was suffering from a deadly brain tumor as for Avery who was suffering from a heart disease.
As they go closer and closer was the more happier they got. They was each other safe place. One day everything went down hill and something had happen that broke everybody's heart.
What happens when the two start to getting the happing ending they wanted but something stops them from getting that. Will one make it out in the end or will it both of them.
