what happens when an old application to be foster parents suddenly gets accepted after years of its entry? the six queens have to make hard decisions on wether to foster the girl and how to foster her.
can they give her a stable and happy home?
will she go back into the system?
Max has been in and out of foster homes for 9 years, being left for the system at six years old.
••max will result in not speaking when she is overwhelmed/ anxious/ etc. she also has adhd, anxiety, and asthma

Being abused by her older brother, not knowing who her parents were, and with no legal guardian, she ended up in an orphanage. She spent around 5 months in the orphanage. And in those 5 months, Sophia is bullied by an older girl, she got adopted twice, but was brought back with bruises and cuts all over. She gets nightmares, flashbacks, and sometimes cry herself to sleep. Poor little girl, right? But one day, a happy couple decided to adopt a little girl just under the age of 12. When they saw Sophia, they knew that she was the one. Although Sophia is shy, sometimes scared of the opposite gender, and has a fear of boxes, this couple is determined to show Sophia that the world has a bright and happy side. It's gonna be hard though. Will they be able to show Sophia what happiness really is? Will she find out who her real parents were? Will she have a happily ever after? The Thomas's are a very well-off family with four boys. Their house is usually the main hangout for the boys and their friends. Kate hasn't ever lived with siblings before, let alone this many boys, so it's a big change for her. Daniel is your typical high school football player; he's got the looks, the muscles, talent, and even the overbearing dad who wants him to go pro. Daniel, however, really couldn't care less about a career in football, he loves the game, but it's his dad's dream for him to go pro, not his own. At least not anymore. He spends most of his free time away from his house and hanging out at either the Thomas or the Copperfield house. He can't wait to go off to college with his friends and get away from his dad and the stupid little town he grew up in. How will things change for them over the next year? This will be a series of 4, but the other books will be spin-offs and can be read as stand-alone books. They will, however, be published in chronological order. Full warning, this book is much shorter than I intend on making the spin-offs. I was planning on writing book two as the first in the series but found myself needing more of a prequel to all three other books, and so I chose to write something from their high school years.
