Our favorite characters Hope Mikaelson, Lizzie Saltzman, and Josie Saltzman are graduating from high school and preparing to pack their bags to move over to Harris State University in a small college town in Pennsylvania called Crystal-Dale. Believing this will be the time for the trio to try living as humans, they come across the uprising of an ancient species that has roamed the planet longer than anyone they had learned about while living at the Salvatore Boarding House. With humanity at risk, Hope, Lizzie, and Josie take it upon themselves with the assistance of a few more close friends, the children of Elena and Damon Salvatore, Sophia and DJ (Damon Junior) Salvatore, and the children of Bonnie and Jeremy Gilbert, Jenna and Abby Gilbert. The group will, however, need to depend on more than blood relationships and friendships to defeat the emerging threat.
