Down on her luck and freshly fired, Miyasaki Mizuko, a retired jujutsu sorcerer decides to go to the bar where she stumbles into a downcast Gojo, who is stricken with the recent death of his student. The night leads to a one-night stand that neither of them can remember well. After an incident in the city, Mizuko is faced with her past as a sorcerer when she decides to join the fight once more. Upon her arrival at Kyoto Jujustu High, recently hired as their new school nurse, she unexpectedly runs into Gojo once more as they prepare for the Kyoto Sister School Exchange event. After their night at the bar, Mizuko must find a way to navigate the complicated relationship she is forming with Gojo.

A horrible mishap during the Sister School Event leaves Mizuko and the other sorcerers desperate to find a way to save Sukuna's vessel. All the while, she must work through her difficult past as a sorcerer and somehow find a way to save the people she loves while a target is being drawn on her back.
