Untold past

Through an explosion in a reactor of an company working on something life changing people all over the world got some kind of abilities. But that causes chaos people were abusing them to break the law easily. So there had to be some one to protect the ones with out abilities and the law. Time has passed and it is still unclear how this could even happen. Certain schools opened for people to train their abilities and to get a licence so they could use them in public. There two girls meet and experience the most interesting but dangerous things.
