You've known Tom since the two of you were little kids. The two of you grown very close to each other as you got older. But growing into adults, you started to notice Tom acting different. You tried to not put much mind into it thought. Two years later you and Tom decided to move in together. This is just when you really saw that there was something wrong with Tom. You ask him what was wrong all he would tell you is, "oh I'm fine y/n" or, "there isn't anything wrong y/n" that just worried you more. One day tom was acting very, very weird... you had to ask him again but this time you were more serious about asking. Once you asked he sighed looking up at you. "I'm getting tracked down and followed... because of something that this person thinks involves me...." tom said. You wanted to ask more but couldn't due to you being socked. You just knew you wanted to be there for Tom as much as possible and help protect him. Everything's chill at first, but then Tommy starts realizing the small things that his friend does. He notices the small, cute, unimportant details. And all of a sudden, Tommy realizes that he's developed feelings. He doesn't like it one bit, especially since there's one minor difference between the two. I'm going through the book and cleaning everything up right now to just all-around make it more presentable and state the disclaimers in a more organized and thought-out manner, but I found this in the description and I find it funny, so I'm going to keep it. I don't know when I wrote this, but here it is: i can't delete the book at this point. it's already embedded in the web. this book is the bane of my existence. it is what keeps me up at night. please, i beg of you, only read this ironically. the amount of ship comments i've read make me regret my stupid 13-year-old self's choice to make this. honestly i love the ocs i have in this story but i can't think of them without thinking of THIS. anyways, have a great day.

Paranormal Romance (Werewolf) You know that movie Jerry Maguire? It's about this sports agent who got fired for suddenly having a conscience. Anyway, there's this very romantic scene by the end of the movie when Jerry made this very heartfelt and passionate declaration to his wife. Those words would melt you into a puddle and make you burst into tears thinking, "I want to have that kind of love!" Well that very sweet scene did not happen on this story, not all of it anyway. Don't get me wrong it was heart wrenching, very much so, and there was a passionate declaration. But instead of saying the oh so loving, oh so sweet and oh so scripted "I love you. You complete me..." like Jerry did in the movie, my 'mate', the other half of my soul and the one who 'completes' me said, "I hate you. I wish you were dead!" He said it with disgust and anger burning in his eyes. He didn't run into my arms like he was supposed to, he ran away from it. But who could blame him? Jerry Maguire was right. We live in a cynical world and we work on a business of tough competitors. Why would my mate want to be with me? He'd be shunned and be forever laughed at. Aside from the fact that I was male, I'm basically useless to him because I'm a werewolf who can't phase. He's an alpha. He could have anyone he wants. And me, well, I'm on the bottom of the pack, the runt of the litter. The council didn't know what to do with me. They couldn't kill me since it could drive my mate insane, even if he didn't want me. I can't kill myself because it would probably have the same effect on him. I have to live but I can't be with my mate and my pack. So I made it easier for everyone, I ran away. I always believed in the saying "Out of sight, out of mind." What I didn't consider was the possibility that they'd come after me and forcefully bring me back.
