Y/n "Cypher" L/n has always been under difficult circumstances. He has danced with death for as long as he has lived as an information broker. He has lost everything in the past and has yet to gain. He knows some of if not the deepest secrets you'll ever hear, whether it's who's to blame for your family's death or the most heinous crimes someone has committed, or a secret project that destroys ancient morals, he knows.     Despite spending so much time in the underworld, he is a good man, or so he thinks he is, and will not hesitate to help those who are in need. The killing type of way that is. Still even then the most powerful underestimate him. Oh, how they are in for a treat once he sets his sights on them, and not just to learn their secrets.
