"Mr. Malfoy, where are you going? You just woke up from a great fall after all, I'm sure your friends can come here, instead of you going to them."

Who was Malfoy? Oh right, it was probably him. A little bit late, he realised that he should have told her about the complete memory loss since he had no idea where he was going to go once he left the hospital-like room. On second thought, maybe making a scene would have actually been a good idea. Well, it was too late to turn back now.

"I will just be going out for a little stroll...around. I must admit that I am in dire need of some fresh air. My, how long did you say I was out for again?" He put his hand to his chest like it was an absolute travesty to have not been told.

"I-uh...four days, Mr. Malfoy. You were out for four days."

"Well then, I shall be going now. Toodaloo!"

Madam Pomfrey stood completely frozen for a long moment like this was the exact opposite of what she expected to happen when Draco woke up. "Mr. Malfoy, wait!" The witch eventually called out, but Draco was already out of the door.

Draco wakes up in the hospital wing having no idea who he is and how he got there. Turns out he fell 20 feet down the stairs and got his memory wiped. What else could go wrong? Meeting Harry Potter definitely was fun, but can he figure out who obliviated him and get his memories back? Or will he be stuck like this for the rest of his life?

Drarry story

Draco is best friends with Pansy, Theo, and Blaise

This story is a mix between being fun and being angsty, so be prepared for sudden jumps between light and dark (I can't help how my brain thinks, just roll with it)

For teen and up audiences.

TW: Mentions/implied reference of child abuse and only a splash of language
There will be warnings at the beginning of a chapter if necessary.

The cover is the result of me being supremely bored. Yes I know it sucks but that's kind of the point because I am no editor, just ignore it as best as you can

[176k words] A/N: It is in your best interest to check literally ANYTHING else I've ever published instead of reading this. Thank you!* Harry knew he could never be friends with Draco. At first, he thought it was because they were enemies. Completely different. But when Ella Amster showed him that they are actually quite similar, the reason why their friendship would never be real, changed. They were both too complicated to be friends; both too complicated to stop on that. And while a little mystery of Draco's "wrong" turn to the right is poking the back of his head, his demons (that he hoped have gone after his summer adventures) are just waiting to attack him again. One coincidence after another will lead Harry right in front of Draco's so well kept secret. And he will stand there all alone his eyes staring at Draco's that suddenly weren't so silver as usual. CW: suicidal thoughts, depressive episodes, guilt tripping, infidelity, suicide attempt →→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→→ *WARNING - READ BEFORE READING: This was written when I was 13 years old and just figuring out what writing really means so this is of dubious quality. Other things to keep in mind, aside from the trigger warnings, are the fact that there are plot holes, there are appearances of toxic relationships (which are not acknowledged to be toxic relationships), mental health is handled really badly (there is some romanization of depression and a blatant lack of proper mental health help being sought out or given), some plot points are poorly resolved, most OCs are two-dimensional and frustrating, etc. So, proceed with caution if you still wish to read it and if not, I hope you find more enjoyment in some of my other work which is more thought out and well-written such as "Apples and Oranges", "Wings of Salvation" and "Capax infinity" for Drarry stories or one of my one-shot collections.

The war is over. Everyone is back to life as it used to be, but not everyone. Draco Malfoy cannot handle the guilt he feels any longer. A voice tells him every single night that he is a traitor, that be does not deserve any kind of love after what he did. He lives like a zombie, until his beloved mother cannot handle it any longer and sends him to a clinic to get the help he so desperately needs. But recovery is not the only thing he finds in the clinic. Harry Potter might be the real hero who saved everyone from Lord Voldemort, but he certainly does not feel that way. He cannot sleep but when he does the nightmares hunt him. The pain he feels and the fears he has almost kill the boy who lived. Until one day his girlfriend cannot handle it any longer and sends him to a clinic to get the help he so desperately needs. But recovery is not the only thing he finds in the clinic. *** I feel like I should give some warnings. This book contains a few things that I should probably warn you for (in the first chapter you can find more warnings) : - It is obviously a boyxboy story so if you do not feel comfortable reading a story with a homosexual theme please do not read the story. - It will contain mental illnesses and I do not want you to read another word of this book if you know your sensitive for this kind of things. Your mental health is way too important to take any risks! - And last of all, the story will probably contain a lot of grammar mistakes. You see, English is not my first language and this is actually my first English written story so please do not hate me if I make any mistakes. I want to emphasize that I do not support the fact that some people are romanticizing mental ilnesses out there. This story does contain mental health issues but it is about showing you that you will always be able to find love and support, no matter what. 2nd place - TheCosmicAwards 2019/2020
