"James, James! James wake U-" All of a sudden I felt the cold metal shape its way around my throat, as my body was shoved against the wall. I struggled for air, trying to mutter his name to try to snap him out of it. I knew he still had ptsd, but it was never this bad. I felt myself slowly choking, faintly hearing distant yells. Sara had probably heard my yelling, followed by the thud against the wall. She might be able to snap him out of it.
