Mr. Roper hears about one of Jack's dates when he's eavesdropping, and Jack needs to think on his feet to stay in the apartment. Luckily, Mrs. Roper and Larry are there to help.

Takes place season 3, episode 15. When I watched the episode about Mr. Roper listening to them through the pipes, I always wondered why they didn't address the premise of the entire show. They're literally living a lie, and Mr. Roper had a chance to peak behind the curtain. Anyway, this has been on my mind for a while.

Trigger warning for minor homophobia because Mr. Roper, but nothing that would upset 70's network censors.

Kind of Jack/Larry, but no legitimate slash. It's Three's Company, so of course everything has to be needlessly complicated.
