Victoria Emerson. Twin sister to Michael Emerson and older sister to Sam Emerson. The set of siblings are moving to Santa Carla after their parents divorce. None of the siblings were particularly excited about moving to the small town after living in Phoenix their whole lives, but are trying to put on brave faces to try and keep their mother Lucy happy after her terrible divorce. After seeing the sign stating That Santa Carla is the murder capital of the world though Victoria was even more apprehensive to living in this new place.
Victoria's mind was going to change though after catching the attention of the bad boy biker gang of the boardwalk, but will she be able to really except them for who they are.
