“Only one week left?!” I asked in disbelief.
I searched his eyes, only to be met by the truth…..I lowered my gaze and whispered to myself “only one week left.”

Everything around me faded away in the background, the sounds, everything. And the only thing my brain could process is the three horrible words. One week left. A stray tear rolled down the side of my cheek.

Zebb; a mysterious guy that changes Jasmine’s life forever. Jazz met Zebb on a trip to the beach. They ended up actually talking and sharing their problems. They see each other at the beach many times and they soon become very close.

Zebb is the only “spark” in Jazz’s life, with no friends or parents.
She actually has something to look forward to when she comes home from her dreadful day of school.
