This story takes place in the Omegaverse.
Yamaguchi has always felt like he could never messure up to his best friend Tsukishima. Their glaring physical differances becoming more prominent as they enter their first year of high school. In order to atten karasuno high, its required for every student to have a gender evaluation before they are able to attend. Yamaguchi has some suspicions leading up to the appoinment and worries about the future of their friendship.
