Born in a family where name is the most essential, Catherine Moore finds herself amont impeccable people. The most important thing is going to the right school, being with the right crowd and always showing up. Although Catherine got a hard time doing that when she got sick in cancer.
School would have been harder had the nice kid nextdoor not showed up one day, with her homework. Dante Romano kept showing up, sometimes even staying over to help her. This was the beginning. As the years passed, Catherine started homeschooling but that didn't break them apart. She was expecting the daily visit, but instead of Dante knocking on the door, it was the police.
Today Catherine's 19, ready to graduate without him. She promised him she'd stay alive till graduation, and she aspires to keep that promise. Two months to her graduation, her dress is delivered home, but there's one problem. It's not her dress. The box contains a white ankle length silk dress with a note attacked to a rose. This is the beginning of the end.
