The Secret Life of a Cross-dresser

This is about how one day the sun turns green due to some kind of huge meteor with unknown properties crashing into it. This affected the radiation waves that it sent to earth and at first nothing seemed to happen but soon people started noticing the drastic change in the birthrate that year. Ever since the sun changed, not one girl has been born. All the pregnant woman carrying baby girls had miscarriages early on in their pregnancies. For some reason the male children were fine though, scientists assume that the female ability to produce more female children has mutated due to overexposure to the radiation. Panic and frenzy run through the leaders of the world and they scour the earth to find a female with an unmutated X chromosome so that they human race may live on. Once she is found, she is cryogenically frozen for forty years and wakes up to find the earth completely crowded by men. In order to hide herself, she joins an academy and disguises herself as a boy, but what happens when someone finds out? (Totally needs editing, but please read and give me critiques!)
