A select few of people have been randomly getting infected with a virus, and the only way to temporarily cure yourself of this virus is to kill those who also are infected with the virus. 
Kate, Amanda and Jayce all happen to be infected with the virus will they be able to overcome all the traps pitfalls the creator of the virus has in store for them. Will their trust in each other take them through this hellish new lifestyle or will this be the end for them.
