Welton academy is unusually lively at the start of spring break. The boys take full advantage of this more "study" groups and Dead poets meetings. Without the anxiety of school work Neil and Todd realize that they feel something much stronger then friendship. As Neil Perry's cousin from France arrives in Essex she would never have thought to ever find love again.
