"what makes you say that?" sonadow/ modern world au bored out of his mind, sonic the hedgehog and his brother manic venture out to the bar, but there's a catch: the azure of the two is in make-up and a dress! looking pretty feminine enough, they decide to mess with the werido drunkies of the establishment but upon meeting an ebony hedgehog named shadow, sonic starts to forget what made this joke funny in the first place. shadow the hedgehog is dragged to the bar by his brother mephiles and it's not like there's any way to escape. the striped hedgehog sits alone in a corner wishing to be no where but home but when a pretty girl in a pink dress approaches him he feels like a new man. what makes this all better: she has the same sense of humor as his! it's hard to believe she's a normal girl but nevertheless.. shadow is in love! if only he knew.. 'sonette' is actually a boy.. ... note this is an au, all ages and personalities are altered to fit the fic. Broken But Hateful
On Senior Prom Sonic was going to have a great time with his 'boyfriend' Knuckles. But turns out it was a set up that he framed Sonic for selling Cocaine and it worked. Once Sonic was thrown in jail, everyone who knew him abandoned him (even his own family). He turned to a life of crime (for a short while) after getting out of prison. He was broken as he felt nothing. But when he got to the hospital from attempted suicide and then to the asylum, a spark of light came when a kind hearted psychiatrist Offered him a job and a place to stay at his Orphanage (which is also a school for wayward youth) with his therapy. With the help of one girl and her best friend. A little bright blue hedgehog girl named Janice and a bright red echidna named Cassie. Things were plain but Sonic was still broken but he was hateful towards those who hurt him in the past. He changed his appearance and moved far away to a little bit old London (a little modern) style town selling good medicine for the people and working for the psychiatrist. When people (Knuckles, his family, and friends) from his past 'somehow found him' come to make things right, Sonic turns them away. Will Sonic give them a chance? Or will he just hate them for everything they did in the past?Concluída
