A person plagued by voices and paranoia kills his friend Robert, suspecting him of mistrust after installing a CCTV camera. He buries Robert in the backyard and manipulates the CCTV footage to avoid detection. When the police investigate Robert's disappearance, the protagonist hallucinates Robert accusing him of murder and confesses. Despite his confession, he continues to be haunted by Robert's voice and hallucinations, driving him further into madness.All Rights Reserved

The sky was a flat, depressing grey and the incessant, soaking rain left her constantly chilled. It was a typical "liquid sunshine" day in the Pacific Northwest. They drove past a single tall scraggly tree on top of a hill shrouded in mist. The creepy tree was full of screaming crows.
