Katherine James aka Kat is visiting her grandmother in New England for a week. Kat decides to meet with an old friend before she heads back home to New York. Her friend doesn't show up and it starts to rain. In order to stay dry, Kat runs into a building nearby that looks like an antique shop. She sees something that catches her eye. She picks it up and purchases it along with two other items. When she goes back home to New York, Kat looks at the item that she had her eye on and finds a letter addressed to someone she does not know. Kat uses this as a inspiration for her story. She learns about a secret that she never knew about and true love.

She did this only to restore her moms happiness and for her to find her father , which her mom never mentions . Letter by letter showed passion and love through every word , each letter contained a place for Heavenly to visit and each place gives her an answer . Throughout her journey she truly understand what the meaning of love really is . And how her road in restoring her moms happiness got her happiness to . Did she ever find her father ?
