Percy Jackson is The Overlord, he was 'born' in a void of darkness, he was there before the Gods, Titans, Giants, Permoridials, Chaos, and Chaos's father, The Void.
He watched everything from the beginning of the universe to the Greek Gods battling the Giants the second time, he never interfered, only watched.
Until he saw the Gods became too arrogant and prideful for there own good.

Gaia AND Kronos AND Chaos' sister Order are loose in America, and Chaos' army has been summoned to help deal with them. and guess where the army'll be staying? In CHB, of course! Aside from fighting the bad guys' army, Percy and Nico also have to deal with nosy campers *cough* Annabeth *cough* trying to look under their hoods, stalking them, and generally not minding their own business.
