The Casita falls apart and the miracle is gone. But the person that was trying to save it, Miribel, is gone. In her attempt to save her home, she sacrificed her own life to save it. But not everyone is sad over her death. Of course, her parents and sisters are devastated at her death as they loved her, even her cousins, aunt, and uncles were devastated as well. Especially Antonio, but their Abuela wasn't devastated over her death, she was devastated that the miracle was gone. They rebuild the casita and even tho the miracle came back, no one was ever the same. Abuela demanded perfection but the family never delivered it as they avoided her. As the years passed, there was no leader for the town and the children are grown. What will Antonio, Luisa, Dolores, Camilo, and Isabela do as new member of the family can see the dead and knows a way to bring Mirabel back for good?

To be fair you always had a crush on Luisa Madrigal, but you were always intimidated by her too. You of course have a slightly bad reputation for making the other girls of Encanto fall in love with you unintentionally because of your horrible jokes and awkward/silly personality. Luisa well she has the most beautiful reputation of all (almost) for always helping out and her personality was usually hidden, but was definitely there once you got to know her. As for Alma (Abuela) she never really liked you, but for the sake of Mirabel kept you around because she knew that sometimes Mirabel needed more then just her family to be happy, but the last thing she expects is her own granddaughter to fall for the one person she's never really agreed with. Its no secret that its forbidden for two girls to love one another in the small village of Encanto, but when its someone from the Madrigal family that rule just might be broken or bent a little. The Madrigal's are a famed family that reside within Encanto. They were given a gift, a miracle, and that miracle is passed down through many generations. Their purpose is to serve, help, and protect the citizens of their village. Abuela Alma is the matriarch of the household. Her husband, Abuelo Pedro, sacrificed himself to give her the miracle. This left Abuela to raise 3 beautiful children and lead a village. When these three children turned five, it was their turn to receive the miracle. Each was given a magical gift that would aid them in serving the village. Pepa was given the ability to control the weather with her emotions, Julieta was given the power to heal through food, and Bruno was given the power to see into the future. But as kids do, they grew up. Each child grew into an adult and with some pressure from Abuela, they began looking for partners. Pepa married her childhood friend, Félix, and it was the beginning of Bruno's bad reputation. Julieta, on the other hand, married a clumsy man named Augustin. After their marriages, both women were pregnant soon. And Abuela was delighted to have more magical blessings on the way. Delores and Isabela were born first. The very first grandchildren to the Madrigal family. But between their birth and when they received their powers, Bruno's reputation continued to deteriorate. As did his relationship with his mother and sisters. He was becoming desperate. People in the town feared him. All he wanted was love. Then Bruno meets Valentina. They hit it off. Bruno is desperate. And his desperation results in an accident. Valentina becomes pregnant. Abuela is angry. They offer to get married but Abuela says the damage is done. I decided to write this story since I kept watching the movie, Encanto over and over again. This story happens 2 months after the film. The magic is restored, the miracle is back, Bruno is still with the family and he is no longer villainized by the community. All the Madrigals have their gifts back, well except Mirabel. Now the Madrigals are even more busy with all the people they need to serve. But Mirabel is still reminded that she is the only Madrigal without a gift. This deeply hurts her, but her family doesn't notice since they are all to busy. Soon , some of the family members forget what happened between her and them and they begin to treat her like they did before the film, like she was a baby. They have even forgotten everything she has done for them, the only thing they do recall is her bring the magic back. But they don't give her enough credit. The only one who notices the pain Mirabel is in is Casita. Casita is saddened and angry that everyone in the family is ignoring Mirabel, so Casita uses a special magic from the miracle to show the entire family the movie, along with a heartbreaking secret from Mirabel's past. The Madrigal's Casita will give them a proper perspective. I hope... I don't own any of the characters or songs in the story, I only own the idea of the story.
