This is a story I made up over a dream I had one day so please bear with me during this description.
One day while on the streets of a snow filled Paris after sneaking out, twelve year old American Cassidy Jones, stumbles upon a boy who wants to help her. After years of having boys bully her for their pleasure , she is skeptical, but she ends up having a wonderful night with him and his family.
All he hands to her in the morning is his contact information and she never sees him again or hears from him after her sending him a message. Now in college chasing her dream, Cassidy now hates the boy who gave her her best memory of her time in Paris because she couldn't contact him once she got back to California. What she didn't count on was going to the same college as the boy who stole her heart, but didn't want to admit it.
Julien has been waiting for years to hear from the shy, but feisty twelve year old girl who stole his heart six years ago one winter night when he was fourteen. Six years later, he is still very much infatuated with her and is at a college in America hoping to find her.
On a fall day, Cassidy walks into a man and when they look at each other she realizes that he is Julien. She runs, but he chases her. One chance meeting years ago now hung over the two and another chance meeting in college gives them a chance to explore what they had not been able to that night.
