We all know the story.
After receiving a letter from his old friend and Co-Founder that goes by the name Joey Drew, Henry Stein returns to his former workplace. What awaits him at Joey Drew Studios? Odd machinery, ink stains, smiling demons, deadly angels, mutilated wolves, crazed former employees, and tapes stringing together a mystery not fully solved. It never ends. From the Moving Pictures to The Last Reel, Henry survives the horrors lurking within the ink's never ending loop. Escape is futile. The only small break from the madness are those small moments spent in the kitchen of the very man who started it all; just before the loop begins once again.

Joey and Henry meet at a young age. Joseph falls head over heels for the young aspiring animator, maybe a tad too much. As time passes, characters will meet one another while wars begin and alliances are made as the new animation studio is brought to life. Of course most are wary of their odd and creepy boss. Especially when it becomes clear that Henry will be leaving the studio, or in Joey's eyes, leaving him. Soon an inky darkness will consume all who work in the studio. Henry returns to the horrific studio, facing Colossal Wonders never before seen while searching for any possible way to escape his fate as The Old Song plays a deadly melody.
