After the CIA and Virginia are nearly blown to parts, Ben Ripley thinks everything is A-OK until a sinister business called Hallal Corp., takes over the entire CIA with mind controlling signals and devices. It's up to Ben to find a reverse antidote,  save the history of the CIA, and take down Hallal Corp, lead by none other than Joshua Hallal himself. With anyone that isn't being manipulated with reign of terror, Ben will trust them and  realizes it'll take a Big Shot to race across Washington, D.C. in attempt to  save the entire existence of spies whilst falling into a world of trouble.
