Toman has grown quite a bit but so has Mikey's feelings for Draken. A new disease has been spreading throughout Tokyo that only affects those of one sided love. Mikey finds himself to be one of victims of the disease and soon falls close to death. His fear is what keeps him from confessing even though it might just save his life. Only in the end, nothing can be kept a secret forever.
