One day Seth Sorenson who is now 15 decides to go out into the forest. Now he was trusted in the forest after the Dragon war. He could go anywhere he wanted. But today he had gotten lost, with this weird sensation of being watched he hurried becoming more and more lost. But he finds something that takes him somewhere called the Underworld, full of death and unspeakable creatures. Can he escape? Can he survive?

While Kendra Sorenson is back in Fablehaven trying to figure out how to save her brother. As each day went on she comes more worried, finally one day she finds herself having to choose. Destroy the Underworld and let her brother die, or go inside and try and save her possibly alive brother. Takes place after Dragonwatch 5
