The fourth entry of the 2020-2021 Film Journal is the third installment in the Pierce Brosnan era of James Bond, "The World is Not Enough". Here, I reflect upon my distinct history with this character and the spy genre. Then, I dig into not only what makes 007 a unique cinematic experience but how this particular flick plays with the series fascinating formula.
