When The Siren-Human War Ended with Enterprise sacrificing her life along with many others to end Empress III, Humanity started to hate the remaining shipgirls because they feared there power and so they went into hiding including Montpelier who escaped due to certain circumstances 

and then many years later The Siren Returned for round 2 The Humans realized there mistake and the Shipgirls that Sacrificed there lives to end the Siren-Human War were revived while they are finding the shipgirls that went into hiding

Until they found there location and they sent Biloxi to check the place if they are still alive
and from there Biloxi and The Shipgirls that got revived will discover something unexpected
