Gregory's life has always been filled with regret and suffering after he was diagnosed with a rare heart disease that would soon lead him to death. As Gregory's life slips away in the hospital suffering from a heart attack, he his taken to a golden tree to re-encounter the important people in his life so he reminisce and except his past.
