one day Rainbow Dash realise how boring, uncool Equestria is right now, she wants to get back at the Wonderbolts for bullying her and calling her "Rainbow Crash" she also thinks her leadership and loyalty skills will make Equestria great again.
(I do not hate Celistria being queen I just thought of making a story were rainbow dash runs for the queen position, I thought president when I started editing story info but thought it was not a great idea because it's not going to be accurate like in the show.
